Look at this great recipe and these wonderful pictures on Eating Pleasure (which let me just say I love this blog!). Look at the delicious recipe, the vibrant colors, it just screams, EAT ME!!!
Um yeah, now look at mine - so NOTHING like that! But I will not give up on Pan Fried Longevity Noodles- I will try this again - next time I will do the egg differently, I'll actually pick up an order of the pork from the Chinese place first, I'll make it better! Not that ours didn't taste good - because it did - I think the secret is most certainly in the sauce recipe - it just was not quite as pan fried as we'd hoped - but again, we'll keep trying!
