Fresh, Light, Easy and Delicious

But no picture!


This was just fantastic. I opted to make this because I had so many of the ingredients kicking around the house, but next time I'll make sure I have enough ricotta, I ran short this time and I can imagine it would taste so much better with the full amount of cheese. I did triple the recipe so I would have enough to freeze for leftovers for lunches for the hubs.

This is by far a make again. Thank you food blogga for this wonderful easy recipe for my pasta collection. Please note I did use frozen peas since that's what I had on hand. And it worked fine.
